By accessing or using Invoicly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invoicly is an invoice management platform that allows users to upload, process, organize, and manage invoices. The Service includes features such as email scanning, AI-powered invoice extraction, document storage, and integration with messaging platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, Telegram). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.
8. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invoicly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
